Rat stole son's scooter

CAN I nominate as Rat Of The Week the thief who took my six-year- old boy's Ben 10 scooter.

My garden gate is nailed shut due to previous thefts so it appears the thief has jumped my back wall to take my son's prized gift on his sixth birthday.
